About the Club

The Brighton Bee Club (BBC)

The Brighton Bee Club was established March 2011 with one of our primary goals being to educate interested parties about bees, their care, and why they are so important to us.

We meet at 6:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month using ZOOM teleconferencing.  As soon as Adams County allows in-person meetings, we will be meeting again at the County Fairgrounds.

The group tackles a new topic each month and we then continue into an open forum format. Feel free to come with a list of questions. You do not need to be a beekeeper to attend so if you are interested in starting a new hobby or are just curious, please come.  We welcome all ages, especially children, so we can foster the next generation of beekeepers.

This is a very informal group and we frequently have guest speakers and scheduled field trips.

Hope to see you there!
